Terms of Service

Effective March 2, 2026

By accessing or using $KRILLA ("the Service"), operated by Zack Ewing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

$KRILLA is a personal net worth tracking dashboard. It allows you to manually record financial account balances and view aggregated data over time. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts & Authentication

You may create an account using email and password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; or (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.

4. Not Financial Advice

The Service is a tracking tool only. Nothing on $KRILLA constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We do not verify account balances, projections, or calculations. Retirement projections use simplified models and historical averages that may not reflect actual future performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
